Player Performance

For the Real Player 8:

Please try the following: On the Real Player 8 go to "View" then click on "Preferences" then select the "Connection" tab. Once there, "Under Normal Bandwidth" select the "10Mbps LAN" option. Under "Maximum Bandwidth" select "10Mbps LAN" option. Also, under "Buffered Play" select "Buffer entire clip to available memory". After you hit "OK" restart your computer.

For the Real One Player:

On the Real One Player go to "Tools" then click on "Preferences" then select "Connection" on the left side. Once there you will see a section called "Bandwidth" on the right side. Under normal and maximum bandwidth select "Corporate LAN 10Mbps LAN". After you hit "OK" restart your computer.

For the Windows Media Player:

On the Windows Media Player go to "Tools" then click on "Options" then select the "Performance" tab. Once there, under "Connection speed" please make sure the "My connections speed is:" is set to "LAN (10 Mbps or more)". After you hit "Apply" and then "OK" restart your computer.
